Project Ale AKA Alter Ego Imperial IPA
Clean silky malt presence and lots of hop flavor and aroma.
Couch Select Lager
Helles Style Lager, brewed with quality pilsner malt, German Tettnang hops and fermented with the Bohemian lager yeast strain. Cold fermentation produces a nice crispy snap to a beautiful malt flavor and subtle hop presence. Best drank in large quantities accompanied by a cheeseburger. Hells Yeah!
Burnside Lager, unlike other Burnside Beers is filtered. Our new high tech filter allows us to polish up this traditional style to create a bright lager with a crisp finish to style. Prost!
In collaboration with Tilt restaurant, a craft American style lager, their renowned pie crust was added into the mash tun, adding subtle notes of maize, making a crisp, easy drinking beer.
Oatmeal Pale Ale
Burnside Oatmeal Pale Ale is brewed using copious amounts of Crystal, Galena, & Fuggle hop varietals. This is a clean dry Pale Ale with low bitterness and lots of hop flavor. We have chosen to add 75 pounds of locally rolled oats to increase body and give our Pale a sweet creamy finish.
Too Sticky to Roll IRA
India Red Ale brewed with Millennium and Centennial hops
Burnside Stout is brewed with imported Simpson malts and East Kent Golding hops. Our Stout features bold notes of coffee and chocolate, with a dry roasty finish. Notice the beautiful thick brown head and deep opaque color. Pair it equally well with a main course of meat, or a dessert of chocolate.
Burnside Sweet Heat is a wheat ale with an addition of 200 pounds of Apricot puree, then dry hopped with imported Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers. Reminiscent of a Caribbean chutney, Sweet Heat has a subtle tartness from the fruit with a slight spiciness from the peppers which also adds a fruitiness to the aroma.
